Range Rules & Safety
Your safety is our top priority. All shooters must understand and follow these rules.
The Four Fundamental Rules
1
Treat Every Firearm as Loaded
Always assume a firearm is loaded, even if you just checked it. Never point it at anything you don't intend to destroy.

Keep Finger Off Trigger
Keep your finger straight and off the trigger until you are on target and ready to fire.

Never Point at Anything You Don't Intend to Destroy
Always keep the firearm pointed in a safe direction, downrange when on the firing line.
4
Know Your Target and What's Beyond
Be sure of your target and what is beyond it. Never shoot at anything you haven't positively identified.
Range Rules
- Eye and ear protection must be worn at all times on the range
- All firearms must remain unloaded and cased until at the firing line
- Firearms must be pointed downrange at all times
- Cease fire immediately when instructed by Range Safety Officers
- No rapid fire or drawing from holster without prior approval
- Clean up your brass and targets before leaving
- Report any malfunctions or safety concerns to staff immediately
- No food, drink, or tobacco products on the range
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- Intoxicated persons will not be permitted on the range
Ammunition Policy
Allowed
- •Factory-new brass-cased ammunition
- •Factory-new steel-cased ammunition
- •Lead, FMJ, JHP, and frangible projectiles
- •Handgun calibers up to .50 AE
- •Pistol caliber rifles (9mm, .45 ACP, etc.)
- •Shotgun slugs only
Prohibited
- •Reloaded or remanufactured ammunition
- •Tracer rounds
- •Armor-piercing ammunition
- •Incendiary rounds
- •Steel-core projectiles
- •Rifle calibers (5.56, .308, 7.62, etc.)
- •Shotgun buckshot or birdshot
- •Black powder or muzzleloader ammunition
First-Time Visitors
What to Expect
- Arrive 15 minutes early to complete waiver and orientation
- Bring valid government-issued photo ID
- Wear closed-toe shoes and a high-neck shirt
- Long hair should be tied back
- Our staff will provide a brief safety orientation
- Eye and ear protection available for rent or purchase
- Rental firearms and ammunition available in our store
